The second 2024 presidential debate has come and gone, though, it was the first debate featuring the new Democratic candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris. In addition to debating Kamala, Trump also squared off against both the ABC moderators who actively exchanged barbs and "fact-checked" Trump.
The moderators' fact-checks were false. At one notable point, the moderators told the audience that Trump was wrong, that there are no states that allow abortion up to the moment of birth... something that their own reporting from earlier this summer directly refutes.
Besides the 3-on-1 aspect of the debate, Kamala performed better than many anticipated. She avoided much of her cackling and the muted microphone stopped her from recreating her "I'm speaking" moment (although Trump was able to commandeer the line). She was able to spew lies at such a consistent rate that it often left Trump playing defense. offer.
Kamala wasted no time this week flaunting recent endorsements from RINOs like Mitt Romney and former staffers for John McCain. Perhaps it will help her with exciting her base, but no Trump supporter cares about the opinion of Democrat allies like Romney. In fact, it likely bolsters their excitement to pull the lever for Trump.

National polls are still neck-and-neck, and both candidates are within striking distance of each other in the battleground states. The race is anyone's game, but if Trump can draw light to the disaster the Biden-Harris administration has wrought on the economy, world peace, and southern border, Kamala is in big trouble in November
Just like Trump's no tax on tips plan that Kamala copied, his new platform for no taxes on overtime work has become very popular with working-class voters. It's so popular, in fact, that we wouldn't be surprised to see Kamala mimic his policy soon.
The lying media, including the hacks that moderated on Tuesday, are doing everything they can to keep the assassination attempt of Trump out of the public eye. During the debate, Trump raised the point before the moderators insisted they move on only seconds later. We won't forget what they tried to do now only nine weeks ago.
Fight! Fight! Fight!
