President Trump has signed an executive order abolishing the Department of Education (DOE). Despite outrage from the Left, the move is the first step in fixing America's dismal education outcomes. Over 25% of 12th graders are illiterate while the DOE is focused on DEI over academics. States like Florida thrive without federal overreach, and now that's coming soon to the whole country. With a $250 billion budget, cutting the DOE not only saves the taxpayers nearly 4% of the budget, but it opens the door for quality education at the local level which gives parents more oversight on what their children are being taught.

Activist judges have been running rampant, attempting to take power from the Executive Branch and disregarding the will of the American people who voted for Trump. One of the more prominent rulings sought to block Trump from deporting violent criminals via flights to El Salvador. Trump made a deal with the Caribbean country to send the criminal illegal immigrants there for them to be imprisoned. Trump declared the criminal illegal aliens, and all members of vicious South and Central American gangs, members of terrorist organizations and used the Alien Enemies Act from 1798 to deport them. The more progress this administration makes, the more lawfare the Left throws.

The lower court rulings that are hamstringing the Trump administration need to be fought - an unelected judge should not, and does not, have the power to rule over the country by fiat. And while these fights are happening, maybe Democrats can condemn domestic terrorism that they have pushed forward with their rhetoric against Elon Musk. Fortunately, Attorney General Pam Bondi has started to crack down on the terrorists who are burning Tesla dealerships and cars around the country.

The ratings are in, and Democrats are not doing well. With a meager 29% approval rating, it turns out that a platform of hate and opposition doesn't resonate with Americans, who knew? Their platform of abortions, taxpayer funded and government controlled healthcare, open borders, radical transgender ideology, and sending your tax dollars to foreign governments doesn't work. Refusing to clap for a 13-year-old with brain cancer doesn't make them more likable, and failing to condemn terrorism certainly isn't going to stop or even slow their implosion. So long as their strategy to recover consists of Chuck Schumer mocking Americans that want to keep their money, it's not getting better for the Left anytime soon.
