What Can Be Done About Activist Judges:

It feels like with every action Trump takes, an equal and opposite reaction is made by an unelected, activist judge hellbent on undermining the President of the United States. There have been fifteen instances of these activist judges subverting the will of the American people in the two months that Trump has been back in the White House. Some of the more notable ones, from halting deportation efforts recently, to blocking Trump's ban on transgender people in the military, to attempting to force Trump to reinstate foreign aid.

What can the President do in the face of judicial activism? Well, in 1832, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Marshall ruled that Georgia’s laws over Cherokee lands were unconstitutional. President Andrew Jackson was infamously quoted saying, “John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!” Trump needs to bring that same energy.

The judiciary - especially a lower court - has no enforcement power on their rulings. There's nothing these activist judges can do to force the President to comply with their rulings. Most of these rulings, like Judge Boasburg's order that Trump stop deportation flights under the Alien Enemies Act, undermine the President's constitutional authority as the chief executive. Beyond that, Trump was sent to the White House with a mandate to enact the policies that American's voted him in for. Trump not only (arguably) has the legal right to defy this judicial tyranny, but he owes it to we the people to do what we elected him to do.

The Leftist Arsonists Face Less Scrutiny Than the President:

The Left is on a terror tour, running around the country setting fire to Tesla dealerships and vandalizing Tesla vehicles. Attorney General Pam Bondi has called the attacks "domestic terrorism" and promised consequences for the criminals, but we need to point out the Left's hypocrisy on the issue.

When Bud Light went woke and formed a partnership with radical transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney, the Right boycotted the beer. If you remember, the Left ranted and raved at conservatives for being too sensitive in the culture wars. Now? They're setting fire to cars because the founder of the company is working for Trump. It's hard to take the Left seriously when there's no guiding principle to what they stand for. They can condemn a boycott on a company that hates conservatives, but they can't condemn arson and vandalism when it's from their side.

What's worse? Consider the rule of law in all of this. Leftists are simultaneously taking the President to task for doing his job for the American people, while doing nothing to stop mass domestic terrorism. They are more concerned with criminal gang member illegal immigrants' ability to reside next to your children than they are with stopping domestic terrorists from blowing up cars. These are not serious people and Trump needs to treat them as such - we will not comply with lawfare that threatens Americans when the other side refuses to use the law to stop real criminals.

Thank you for reading today's Cannon, we hope you'll join us in the fight to never give the Left a free day - one post and share at a time!
