With less than two weeks before the presidential election, Donald Trump is still out there hitting the campaign trail hard.
Kamala Harris? Not so much.
In fact, Trump is calling the Democratic nominee "lazy as hell" over it.
Harris had no appearances scheduled on Tuesday.
She was scheduled for an NBC News interview at 3:40 p.m. and another one with Telemundo at 4:30 p.m., according to the daily press guidance that is put out by the vice president's office.
Trump met with Latino supporters in Miami on Tuesday, then flew to Greensboro, North Carolina for an evening rally.
Trump made his remarks about Harris and her schedule during his meeting with Latino supporters at his golf course near Miami.
“She’s sleeping right now. She couldn’t go on the trail,” Trump said.
“You’d think when you have 14 days left, you wouldn’t be sleeping,” Trump continued. “We’ve gone 52 days in a row, and I’m going to go 14 more days, and we’re gonna have a big victory party, hopefully.”
“I said, ‘Where is she campaigning today?’ ‘Sir, she’s got a day off,'” Trump explained.
“You have 14 days left for the presidency and she’s taking a day off. This is not what you want.”
Trump didn't stop there.
He kept bringing the subject back up, saying, “I was going to hit her really hard on the trail today, but now I don’t have to because she’s off — she’s off."
“I can’t get over it. Who the hell takes off when you have 14 days left? And she’ll take a couple more days off too. You know why? Because she’s lazy as hell and she’s got that reputation,” he added.
On Monday, Harris visited the swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin along with former Republican congresswoman and outspoken Never Trumper Liz Cheney.
Her campaign reportedly believes Cheney could help Harris with disaffected Republican voters.
On Wednesday night, she will take part in a CNN town hall. That date was originally supposed to be a debate between her and Trump, but Trump declined.
Both Kamala Harris and Donald Trump have been slightly ahead of each other at various times in the polls, but most seem to indicate that this will be a potentially close election.
