David Bozell: While we're having prime time hearings on things, I'd like to nominate a subject matter to have some prime time hearings. And I will guarantee you... See, this is where the news media doesn't really get it, because if they actually conducted prime time hearings on Hunter Biden, they would break records. So, they're complaining about ratings. They're complaining about the conservative media ecosystem chiseling into their market share. And these ideas are out there for the taking.
And maybe Congress should consider doing this. That'd be great. Maybe Jim Jordan, when he becomes head of Judiciary Committee, maybe he can have a prime time hearing on Hunter Biden.
Washington Examiner has the most important story of the day that you probably won't see because the big boys won't cover it, but we're going to cover it here.
Hunter Biden, this is an exclusive from the Examiner. Good on these guys, man. Andrew Kerr and Jerry Dunleavy are the reporters here.
Hunter Biden paid a full-time salary to the stripper who had his child.
Talk about some baby mama issues. Hunter Biden paid a full-time salary to the exotic with whom he had fathered a child in 2018, according to deleted payroll files recovered from a copy of his abandoned laptop. So, the laptop is out and about and in the wild.
Lunden Roberts [L-U-N-D-E-N Roberts] earned $1,500 for 40 hours of work from Biden's company Owasco PC, on November 16, 2018, according to a recovered payroll file obtained exclusively by the Washington Examiner. Two other recovered files show Owasco spent an additional $521.37 to provide health, dental, and vision coverage insurance for Roberts for the same month.
Hmm. Is that the same month his baby was born? I would be curious.
The payroll records were a part of a trove of 168,000 deleted files that the Washington Examiner recovered from a copy of Biden's abandoned laptop.
They commissioned a forensic expert to examine the hard drive and retrieve the deleted files from unallocated space on the drive using a technique called data carving. So, just because you delete something doesn't mean it's deleted.
Roberts sued Biden in Arkansas for child support in 2019.
So, he basically abandoned her and the kid and then she sued him in Arkansas for child support.
She disclosed in court filings that his company had paid her from May 2018 through November 2018, but the specific amounts were not publicly disclosed. Roberts added in the filing that 'she never received a tax payment for these payments.'
So, it looks like maybe these things were under the table.
In the recovered files, Biden expressed shock that his company was doling out payments to Roberts after his assistant, Katie Dodge, texted him the records. He then ordered Dodge to 'take Lunden off the payroll.'
Is Lunden still on the payroll?
Biden texted Dodge on November 16, 2018. 'Take Lunden off the payroll I thought you said she decidedly [didn't] want to work and didn't need health insurance anyway. Remember that conversation?'
Guess that's Hunter to his assistant, Katie Dodge. Dodge texted back to Hunter, "What a disaster. "
See, these would be great hearings. These would be great, great hearings.
She texted back and she said:
I remember a conversation where I was disappointed that you wanted to pay her the same rate as me, but I am over that. Maybe she told you that, but I wasn't involved.
Man, you think The Washington Post has a problem with squabbling amongst employees. Just look at Hunter's operation. And then Biden says:
Well take whatever I pay Lunden and get my shit straightened out Katie.
Biden added:
We need to completely abandon this old process and come up with a new one. New accounts new record keeping new everything.
