'Change' Candidate? Kamala Says There's 'Not a Thing' She Would do Different from Biden

Kamala Harris sat down for a softball interview with 'The View' on Tuesday.

And STILL came off badly.

For starters, Joe Biden's approval rating is absolutely dismal. He is not a popular president.

And yet when his vice president - who is currently running for president and branding herself as a "change" candidate - was asked what she might do different from Biden, Harris said she couldn't think of anything.

When Harris was asked directly if she would have done anything “differently” than Biden, she replied, “There is not a thing that comes to mind in terms of — and I’ve been a part of — of the decisions that have had impact."

Wow.

Donald Trump's campaign has tried to emphasize that Harris is, in fact, the vice president to the current unpopular president. Meaning, obviously, she is a part of the current state of affairs.

The Harris campaign has tried to insist that she represents something different.

Although when asked point blank by friendly interviewers, Harris couldn't think of a single thing she would do different from what Biden has done.

It didn't take long for Harris to get roasted for this.

Even on CNN. Yes, C-N-N!

Take a look:

"I'm surprised, frankly, that she doesn't have more to say about this...one of the main things she's been trying to establish as part of her candidacy is the idea that she would represent a break from the past four years," said CNN guest Molly Ball of The Wall Street Journal.

Donald Trump Jr. put it succinctly:

This wasn't the only major flub by Harris on 'The View.'

At one point, Harris was rattling off the Republican establishment Never Trumpers who had endorsed her campaign and mentioned one that definitely had not endorsed her.

Harris said, “Look, I just recently did an event with Liz Cheney, the former congresswoman, her father, the former Vice President Dick Cheney has supported me. There are over 200 former members of both Bush presidencies, John McCain, Mitt Romney, who have endorsed me."

It should be noted that Sen. McCain passed away in 2018. Also, to date, Mitt Romney has not officially endorsed Harris.

The bottom line: If you like the job Joe Biden has done as president, then you should support Kamala Harris who just told us she would not do anything different from him.
