145 Democrats Vote AGAINST Deporting Illegals Who Commit Violence Against Women and Children

Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace authored the Preventing Violence Against Women by Illegal Aliens Act.

It would require that illegal immigrants convicted of violent crimes against women and children be deported.

In other words, basic sanity.

On Thursday, it passed the House with 213 Republicans and 61 Democrats.

But 145 House Democrats voted against it.

Rep. Mace said on the House floor, “Under the open border policies of Joe Biden and border czar Kamala Harris and Secretary (Alejandro) Mayorkas, our country has been ravaged by a horde of illegal aliens molesting American children, battering and bruising and beating up American women, and violently raping American women and girls.”

She said that her bill “makes it very clear that if an illegal alien commits a sex crime or an act of domestic violence, they are inadmissible, and deportable.”

Mace accused Democrats who opposed the bill of trying to “minimize this issue because they refuse to acknowledge the consequences that their open borders agenda is here.”

“A vote against this bill is a vote against deporting illegal aliens who rape and abuse women and children,” Mace insisted.

Republican Congressman Tim Burchett also blasted Democrats who voted "no."

Burchett said the legislation “closes a loophole in current law by establishing a new ground of admissibility for several domestic violence-related offenses.”

He then added, “The usual cast of characters in the Democrat Party voted against it. It just doesn't make any sense other than they do not want to admit that they created a huge problem with those 14 million that we know of that came over illegally.”

This bill would allow the Immigration and Nationality Act to be amended in a way that would make it easier to deport particular illegal aliens for committing violence or sexual abuse.

It's pretty cut and dry in its intent. So much so, that it is hard to fathom how any American would be against this, all in the name of protecting their fellow citizens.

But 145 Democrats were against it. Unbelievable.

This particular vote is one their constituents should be reminded about, come their re-elections.
